We offer complimentary Yoga and/or Tai Chi classes everyday on the beach.

Previous experience is not needed, classes are suitable for everyone. Book your place one day in advance (limited number of places: 10 per day)

Hatha Yoga

This is a slow paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and a few minutes of seated meditation. Hatha tries to achieve balance between body and mind and is a good place to learn yoga poses, relaxation techniques and become familiar with yoga practice

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga offers a series of sequential poses beginning with the Sun Salutation. Students move from one pose to another in a continual flow and link movements to breath. This class is conceived to build strength, flexibility and stamina. This is a group led class for those new to the practice

Tai Chi

This ancient Chinese discipline performs slow, rhythmic, and meditative body movements designed to enhance relaxation, inner calm, and peace.

One-on-one Yoga
(30$ PER PERSON / 90 MINUTES)

 

This private session provides a personalized approach for guests who wish to get a deeper knowledge about yoga, at any level.

 

You will be guided through a series of exercise techniques and poses, all performed slowly with a focus on your own ability and needs.

 

Following the 60minute yoga class, enjoy the sensory experience of 30minute head massage during the final relaxation to achieve the perfect balance between body & mind.
