PAYMENTS
When you make a reservation, our reservation system will send you a confirmation via Email. You will need to pay for the reservation on the due date in one of the following ways:
Online payment via bank card: ATM card, or international payment card.
• It is a fast and convenient online payment method for those who want to book in advance.
• To pay for the reservation:
• The reservation system will direct you to the online payment page. You follow the instructions to pay for the reservation.
• When the reservation system is not connected to the online payment, we will send you a link to the online payment page of the bank we cooperate with. You follow the instructions to pay for the reservation.
• If past the deadline for the booking to be unpaid, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.
Pay offline via bank card: ATM card, or international payment card.
• When the online form of payment is not ready, we will send you an “Authorized credit card payment” form, please fill in all information, sign and provide a copy of face card, copy of Passport / ID card to secure the booking, and return it to us.
• In case you want to use the card provided to us to pay for the reservation, we will charge the card on the due date. Please bring your card and show it to our staff at check-in for cardholder verification. Otherwise, your reservation must be paid for by another card or cash. We will then refund the amount to the card we charged. This will take a while, on average, about 21 working days, for you to receive the funds into your card account.
• In case you want to pay for the reservation with another card, please notify us. We will not charge any money on the card provided. However, we will lock an amount, equal to the amount of the reservation, on this card on the due date of the payment.
• We will charge on the card provided if you do not check in as booked on the check-in date (No-show) and no refund.
• We require the cardholder to be a guest staying at the Hotel.
• We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking if you do not provide sufficient information or We do not receive a reply from you on the due date of payment.
Payment method by bank transfer:
• This is a form of payment that does not use a bank card, for guests who want to book in advance
• We will send your account information to your email address
• Please transfer money to the Hotel account. When making a transfer, specify the sender’s name, phone number, confirmation number of the reservation, and notify us to check the amount of money you have transferred.
• After receiving the money, we will contact you to confirm
• If past the deadline for the booking to be unpaid, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.
Direct payment method:
• This is a flexible payment method, for you to book directly at the hotel reception. Depending on the agreement, you will pay the bill directly at the front desk before or after using the service.
PAYMENT SECURITY POLICY:
We do not keep any information relating to the Credit Card or bank account that you use on the website through the third party payment gateway.
The card payment system on the website is provided by Payment Gateway Partners who are licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards ensure compliance with the Payment Gateway Partner security standards.
